Refund policy

 

Returns 

Our returns and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has expired we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange on your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, all returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging (shoe box) which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Do not use shoe box as shipping packaging. To process your return, we require proof of purchase that may assist us in processing the return. 

All purchases except special sale/clearance are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund to the original payment method.

Exchange
Exchange the item for the new item you selected. 

Credit Voucher
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, a store credit voucher code with the value of the returned product(s) will be issued via email. You can then re-order the replacement product(s) by entering the code at check out. 

Refund to the original payment method
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, a refund of the product(s) purchased price will be issued. You will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. excluding shipping cost and subject to a $10 restocking/return handling fee.

Incorrect or faulty items
In the event that you have received an item that you believe is faulty or incorrect; please contact us immediately. We take pride in our product quality and service, and our teams will be able to assist you.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for the shipping costs related to return/exchange item(s).

Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, we will notify you of the status of your exchange via email. If you receive:
REFUND; it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
GIFT CARD; it will be valid for 12 months. You can then order the replacement product using this credit voucher simply by entering the code at check out.
