Shipping & Returns
Our dispatch team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided:
- The delivery address has been verified;
- Payment has been approved and received.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Standard Shipping can take 1-7 business days after dispatch, International shipping can take 3-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery times do not include dispatch times.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times.
Our returns and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has expired we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange on your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, all returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging (shoe box) which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Do not use shoe box as shipping packaging. To process your return, we require proof of purchase that may assist us in processing the return.
Please note that all shipping costs associated with the return will be absorbed by the customer.
FULL PRICE ITEMS: Items purchased at full price (no promotions / discounts applied) are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund to the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned item/s.
SALE ITEMS: Items purchased at discounted price online can be returned to our store for an exchange or gift card to the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned items. No refunds will be given.

Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, we will notify you of the status of your exchange via email. If you receive:
REFUND; it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
GIFT CARD; it will be valid for 12 months. You can then order the replacement product using this credit voucher simply by entering the code at check out.
